INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts, cut in half, flattened (Got time? Brine it!)
1 C Butter Milk
2 T Krahom
1 C Flour
1 T Cayenne
2 T Butter
1 T Garlic Paste
2 T Krahom
2 T Vinegar
1 t Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil for Frying
8 Brioche Slider Buns or Hawaiian Rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl combine and mix butter milk and krahom. Add chicken breast and set it aside for at least an hour.
In the mean time, create the sauce. In a sauce pan over medium high heat, melt butter.
Add garlic paste, Krahom, and brown sugar. Cook for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Add vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside until needed.
In a frying pan, heat oil on medium-high heat.
Season flour with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Mix well. Dredge chicken breast in flour and fry.
Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.
Toss chicken in Krahom sauce that was set aside.
Place chicken onto slider bun, top with Yeak cole slaw, and enjoy!
