Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussel Sprouts using Yeak's Krahom sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, Quartered

  • 1 C Bacon, small rough chop

  • 2 T Olive Oil

  • 1 t Pepper

  • 1 t Salt

  • 1 T Yeak Krahom Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until mixed well. Place onto a roasting pan.

  2. In a 400 F oven, roast Brussels sprouts for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on the edges and bacon is cooked.
