Ingredients
1 Onion, julienned
½ C Sugar
1 C Vinegar
½ C Water
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Slice onions paper thin, place into a bowl.
In a small pot, combine sugar, vinegar, water, and a pinch of salt
Bring to a boil
Remove brine from stove and pour over onions while still hot
Let it cool, in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.
